Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is seeking a Senior Billing Compliance Specialist to join Client Billing Services. You will help set up and maintain client/matter rates in Aderant and ebilling platforms, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and timely submissions.
The role requires strong SQL familiarity, advanced Excel, and precise data handling in a fast-paced legal environment. We offer a hybrid work arrangement with in-office time and one remote day per week.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Billing Compliance in Client Billing Services, the Senior Billing Compliance Specialist will be responsible for assisting in all phases of client billing rates or discount setup ensuring client billing requirements are met. This is highly detail-oriented position with an emphasis on tenacity, time management, technical tasks and interpersonal skills. This role will work closely with the Billing Compliance team, Pricing team, biller, lawyers and other administrative staff in the firm.

Education and Experience
The position requires a College diploma or University Degree specializing in a business discipline, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Work experience in Billing/Ebilling rates – finance or project management experience within the legal or professional services industry is considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 1 day per week.
Therange of expected compensation for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
