Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Toronto, Ontario, to lead data-driven solutions, analytics, reporting, and product enhancements for the Third Party Risk Portfolio. You will partner with Procurement, Risk, Technology and business stakeholders to drive decisions, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

As Product Owner, you will own the backlog, define features, coordinate delivery with agile teams, and ensure Day 2 readiness, with a focus on value and risk

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Product Ownership, Risk Management, Procurement, or related functions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Advanced proficiency in: Excel, Data Visualization, Data Analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Agile delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to support the delivery of a product vision.
• Create and maintain a product backlog and re-prioritize user stories to maximize value.
• Align with senior management on the delivery roadmap, features and release cadence.
• Participate in scrum or Kanban events; propose improvements to product value and delivery.
• Engage business process partners to prepare for changes and establish Day 2 processes.
• Provide oversight for user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
• Manage delivery initiatives and oversee development team backlogs; escalate issues.
• Ensure defect management and prioritization across the product lifecycle.
