As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior barbers, uphold the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Duties

• Provide expert haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas after each service.
• Upsell retail grooming products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, walk-in consultations, and payment processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clear understanding of services provided and aftercare instructions.
• Mentor junior barbers by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
