Job summary

Dawn InfoTek Inc. is seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join our team supporting a major bank. The role focuses on requirements gathering, use-case development, and alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

You will work in an Agile environment, documenting in JIRA/Confluence and coordinating with architecture, development, and product teams to ensure successful delivery. A strong banking domain background is preferred.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years as a BSA, preferably in FI/banking.
2+ years' experience with bank online banking applications.
3+ years' experience in API applications and data mapping (JSON, XML).
3+ years' experience in Agile environments using JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements by joining application design solutioning sessions with architecture and development teams.
Participate in daily agile meetings with product owner and POD team members.
Facilitate sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, user stories, and sequence diagrams.
Bridge the gap between business and IT to ensure mutual understanding of functional and non‑functional requirements (reporting, performance, interfaces, constraints).
Document requirements and progress in JIRA and Confluence; collaborate with developers for clarification.
