Qualifications

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence.
• Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.
• Comfortable sharing knowledge and helping colleagues develop their skills.

Responsibilities

• Listen to clients’ needs and resolve highly complex situations.
• Give advice and offer solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, mortgage renewal, made-to-measure insurance and complex estate planning needs.
• Support your clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
• Participate in the development of your branch colleagues.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement, and serve as a point of reference.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
