Affirm, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to shape the technical strategy for our high-scale Card Loan Platform.

You will lead end-to-end system design for large-scale services and APIs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes building a reliable financial platform with a focus on correctness, speed, and long-term robustness.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering with strong system design.
• Proven leadership for team growth and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Python, Kotlin, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, web frameworks, and RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
