Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Dayforce Platform Extensibility team and help evolve the Workflow platform. You will design and build scalable backend services, extensible APIs, and orchestration capabilities powering a multi-tenant SaaS platform used globally.

This full-stack role emphasizes backend engineering, distributed systems, and platform architecture. You will mentor teammates and help raise the engineering bar while delivering high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade enterprise applications with C#/.NET.
• Design scalable backend services and extensible APIs.
• Strong SQL Server performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Working with distributed, high-volume systems.
• Experience with Azure and modern cloud patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
