We’re evolving Workflow into a reusable platform service with extensible APIs that support workflow capabilities across multiple Dayforce domains. As part of that evolution, we’re also investing in AI-enabled orchestration and intelligent automation experiences integrated directly into the platform.
This is a platform engineering role focused on solving complex challenges at enterprise scale—evolving foundational systems, building extensible platform capabilities, and shaping the future of workflow orchestration across Dayforce.
This is a full-stack role with a strong backend focus, where the most impactful work involves distributed systems, platform architecture, scalability, and backend engineering.
