The Senior Back-end Developer will be responsible for guiding the adoption of Domain-Driven Development (DDD), ensuring scalability and security, and mentoring junior team members to support high-quality and efficient software delivery.

The daily road of an Senior Back-End Developer at Fix Network

• Architect, design, and lead the development of back-end systems using C# ASP.NET Blazor and ABP Framework.
• Drive key decisions on system scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the implementation of Domain-Driven Development (DDD) across projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize and maintain databases in Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring high performance.
• Develop highly scalable RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and intermediate developers.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure considerations.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and strategic roadmap planning.
• Other tasks as required.

The pilot we are looking for :

• Bachelor or college degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Deep understanding of ABP Framework, modular monoliths, and microservices architectures.
• Advanced experience with Entity Framework Core and database query optimization.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including high-performance database design.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms for hosting and deployment.
• Strong DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of security best practices in web applications and APIs.
