Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with hands-on systems administration experience.
• 5+ years administering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure in a multi-client MSP environment.
• Strong experience with Azure, Intune, M365, GPO, and IAM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize enterprise server, cloud, and network infrastructure for multiple client environments.
• Plan and implement upgrades, Azure solutions, and Intune policies to support operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide escalated support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking.
• Design and maintain security controls, backup, DR, and business continuity plans.
