Job summary
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in Montreal seeks an experienced Senior Specialist, Software Engineering (Middleware-AZURE) to design, build, and support cloud-native integrations powering enterprise platforms.
You will lead Azure middleware initiatives, mentor developers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions using .NET, serverless architectures, and Azure DevOps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years designing and deploying Azure cloud solutions.
- Experience mentoring teams and guiding technical decisions.
- Hands-on with serverless Azure components.
- Proficiency in .NET/C# for backend services.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, and security.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Azure-based middleware integrations.
- Build backend integrations with .NET/C#, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Mentor and guide other developers on the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into cloud solutions.
- Ensure secure, scalable deployments with automation and testing.
