Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. seeks an experienced Azure Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, document, test and support enterprise integration solutions in our Fredericton office.

You will work on scalable, highly available Azure integrations, including HL7, FHIR, or EDI workflows, with hybrid connectivity to on-premises systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IM/IT, 3+ years in Azure Integration Services, and strong .NET/C# skills, plus hands-on experience with Logic Apps, Functions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IM/IT experience with hands-on software development.
• 3+ years Azure Integration Services development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, App Services and AKS.
• 5+ years of C# and .NET development experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and deployment frameworks such as ARM or Bicep.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant Azure integration solutions.
• Strong experience with HL7, FHIR or EDI integrations.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premises systems using On-Premises Data Gateway and ExpressRoute.
• Experience with secure Azure integrations, monitoring, diagnostics and logging.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience creating Azure technical design documents.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Azure Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, document, test and support enterprise integration solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of overall IM/IT experience with strong hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, App Services and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• 5+ years of C# and .NET development experience, including building enterprise-level integration solutions.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Azure deployment frameworks such as ARM or Bicep, including promoting solutions across Dev, Test and Production environments.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant Azure integration solutions, including handling dynamic transaction volumes, large messages and throttling.
• Strong experience developing high-volume integration solutions, preferably involving HL7, FHIR or EDI, with large message sizes and complex transactions.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premises systems, including databases and network shares, using Azure hybrid connectivity such as On-Premises Data Gateway and ExpressRoute.
• Experience with secure Azure integrations, monitoring, diagnostics and logging, including secure communication, secrets/credential management and Azure Integration Services monitoring frameworks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience creating Azure technical design documents, solution documentation, architecture/communication flows and working closely with architects, project teams and business stakeholders.
