• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8–10 years IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in senior/architect roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of System Administrators.
• Design end-to-end on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
• Architect and manage Azure landing zones, VMs, networking, backup, and policy.
• Drive modernization, automation, and IaC initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness.
