Job summary

Ontinue is seeking a Senior IT Cloud Engineer to design, build, and operate secure Azure environments powering internal platforms and services. You will lead IaC, automation, and cloud security initiatives across a multinational IT team.

In this role you will implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, manage Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence), and mentor engineers while advancing AI-driven tooling on Microsoft platforms. Strong Azure expertise required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cloud/Infrastructure Engineering focused on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on Azure architecture, deployment, and operation experience.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Experience building automations with Power Automate and Azure Automation.
• CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions; Atlassian Cloud administration (Jira/Confluence).
• Knowledge of Entra ID, SSO, RBAC and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring, cost optimization, and AI-driven tooling on Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure infrastructure for internal platforms.
• Build and manage infrastructure-as-code to provision resources.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline provisioning and maintenance.
• Create workflow automations with Power Automate and Azure Automation.
• Implement AI-driven solutions on Microsoft platforms to enhance workflows.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Atlassian Cloud setups.
