Qualifications

• Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal)
• A valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments
• Experience in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing expertise and supporting skill development.
• Collaborate with a skilled team on various vehicles from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
• Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.
