QualityAI is seeking a Sr Automation Testing Engineer to join our growing team. The role focuses on evaluating software quality through manual and automated testing using Selenium and Java, with responsibilities spanning test case execution, bug reporting, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on testing experience, familiarity with Agile frameworks, and knowledge of Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on manual and automation testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques and concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
• Experience with testing desktop applications.
• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira/Xray).
• Experience with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Automation using Selenium/Java with TestNG; CI tools like Jenkins and BrowserStack is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to Performance Testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
• Author and update test cases in Jira and Xray.
• Evaluate product code against specifications.
• Report bugs using Jira and Xray and assist in debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.
