What you'll be doing

• Understand product requirements and translate them into automated tests that validate production software.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute test suites across multiple verification and validation scopes.
• Lead or contribute to agile teams, working alongside internal design verification groups and external Tier I and Tier II suppliers.
• Help evolve the automation framework itself, thinking about scale, reliability, security, and performance, not just individual test cases.

What you bring

• 8+ years of advanced professional experience with software and requirements verification, building test suites and automation solutions across multiple verification, validation, and integration levels.
• 5+ years specifically implementing test and automation strategies and designing test approaches from the ground up.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.
