Accenture is seeking a seasoned professional for its Industry X practice in Canada. You will drive digital engineering and manufacturing transformations, combining data-driven insights with hands-on engineering to help clients reimagine product design, sourcing, and service delivery.

The role emphasizes leading complex programs, building strong client relationships, and delivering end-to-end development, testing, and deployment across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operational technology and digital engineering.
• 10+ years in automation system design, software integration, commissioning and start-up.
• 10+ years working with PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS systems (Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, AVEVA, Ignition) and control architecture.
• 10+ years of delivery lead experience.
• Proven ability to build transformational solutions and diverse teams for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in client consultations and drive project requirements to closure.
• Plan and execute system specification, design, architecture, and development.
• Deliver Virtual Commissioning/Emulation, Testing and Simulation.
• Develop standards, procedures, and training materials for projects.
• Manage project resources and budgets and maintain client relationships.
