Job Description

• The position leads all automation projects. which is part of the digital engineering and manufacturing initiatives.
• The project team works to deliver Industry X programs which provide connected engineering and manufacturing solutions.
• The team works with internal groups and clients to develop new ideas and enhance business operations.
• The team operates in a work environment which combines team-based work with advanced technology.
• The organization supports employee development through educational programs and inclusive practices and professional advancement opportunities.
• The position requires full-time commitment because it needs employees to work 40 hours each week while they engage with clients and handle project tasks.

Responsibilities

• The project’s requirements will be met by individual efforts from start to finish.
• When applicable or requested, provide internal/external stakeholders with technical leadership.
• Provide solutions to complex technical problems.
• Take program objectives and create concrete, actionable initiatives to support them through the systems or their designs.
• Develop the architectural and functional specifications for the program, as well as establish a system development plan.
• Provide a means for virtual commissioning, simulation and emulation, and testing for all program systems.
• Create standards, procedures and technical documentation associated with the program.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Manage the project resources and budget as necessary.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the fields of Operational Technology, Digital Engineering, and or Advanced Networking.
• 10+ years’ experience in designing, integrating, commissioning and validating automated systems.
• 10+ years’ experience of creating and maintaining the control architecture, hardware design and programming for PLCs, HMIs, SCADAS, DCS’s, and all controllers. (On-site or Remote)
  Proven track record of delivering technical leadership for Engineering projects.
• Experience developing transformation solutions through cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience managing clients and developing clients.
• Superior ability to communicate both technical and business.
• Proficient Analytical Skills.
• Highly proficient in advanced level Problem Solving Techniques.
• Proven track record of consistently and effectively delivering project deliverables.
• Has a working knowledge of standard Engineering deliverables.
