Job summary

Ens Collision Centre in Saskatoon is seeking an experienced Autobody Estimator to join our growing team. You will be the primary contact for damage assessments and repair estimates, ensuring accurate, detailed, and high-quality estimates that support insurers and customers.

Full-Time | Permanent, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer comprehensive benefits, a supportive team, ongoing training, and a locally owned company with a strong reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance claims.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanour and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers requiring damage assessments and repair estimates.
• Prepare accurate estimates for insurance companies and customers.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine parts and labour requirements.
• Utilize estimating software to create detailed repair plans.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and the repair team.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while monitoring repair costs.
• Build strong customer and insurance partner relationships through professional and exceptional service.
• Minimize supplements and delays through attention to detail.

Ens Collision Centre is looking for an experienced Autobody Estimator to join our growing team in Saskatoon.

We're seeking a professional, customer-focused individual who takes pride in producing accurate, detailed, and high-quality estimates. The ideal candidate understands that quality matters, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to the customer's experience.

If you have collision estimating experience and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, insurers, and repair teams, we'd love to hear from you.
