**About the Role**
We’re seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our Experience Design (XD) team. Our team focuses on enriching digital experiences by representing the voice of our customers, fostering collaboration, authenticity, and diversity of thought. UX research is central to our work, emphasizing empathy and curiosity to understand customer needs and deliver top-tier products and services.

**About You**
- Exceptional research skills, balancing rigor and agility, translating research into design and product decisions.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and methods.
- Ability to plan and lead remote and in-person moderated and unmoderated research studies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in consolidating, documenting, and presenting research findings clearly and compellingly.
- Ability to adapt and define research methods based on project needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Enhance usability, usefulness, and desirability of products and services through research.
- Conduct various user research methods to influence design and business strategies.
- Communicate research insights effectively across teams.
- Create guidelines, share best practices, and develop research documentation.
- Maintain and improve research programs, identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Analyze data and trends to inform research methods and insights.
- Use analytics tools to measure success and support decision-making.
- Advocate for user research within product teams and across the organization.
- Engage with teams to identify research opportunities and build a UX Research roadmap.
- Facilitate exercises to build empathy for customers.
- Mentor and train fellow researchers and product teams.
**Education and Experience**
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI/UX, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of research experience in a digital environment, using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HCI/UX, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in design thinking and workshop facilitation.
- Experience teaching research practices in a corporate setting, preferably in financial services.
- Experience managing research programs and standardizing reporting.
