The Integrity team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to help reduce fraud costs and drive solutions that safeguard the integrity of our platform. In this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of our three core audiences—Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants—and become a key resource for analyzing behaviors that may indicate risky or abusive patterns. You'll lead investigations into high-risk activity, design data-informed strategies, and implement cross-functional initiatives to mitigate losses while maintaining a seamless and trusted user experience. Most importantly, you'll help strike the right balance between user trust and risk management, ensuring we continue to support growth while protecting the platform.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia. $97,000—$121,000 CAD
