The Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated Senior Associate of Investor Relations to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President, this role involves utilizing strong FP&A skills to support investor relations, SEC compliance, and investor marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in financial modeling and reporting, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models to forecast investor returns and conduct ad hoc analyses.
• Review investor holdings valuations and return metrics.
• Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc investor deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Investor Reporting team for quarterly reporting and distribution.
• Assist with SEC compliance, including filings and documentation.
• Develop investor marketing materials and maintain supporting document trackers.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, capital markets, or investor relations.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and metric development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• CFA designation preferred.
