We are seeking a Senior Associate, Finance Data Analytics & Insights to join our Toronto-based finance data team. This role sits at the centre of SLC Management's finance data vision and acts as the bridge between the business and our data infrastructure — translating what leaders need into how data is structured, governed, and reported, and then turning that data into executive‑ready analytics and insight. The successful candidate will own data that underpins accurate and timely external financial and non‑financial reporting, generate the management reporting and metrics our leadership team uses to run and optimize the business, and lead initiatives to automate and streamline our end‑to‑end finance data operations. This is deliberately a well‑rounded mandate. We are looking for someone with genuine business acumen and an understanding of alternative asset management, who is equally comfortable in a room with senior leaders and in the details of a data model. The role carries direct management accountability, including coaching and development. We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds — finance, data and analytics, engineering, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
