Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, private equity investment and asset management consulting or related analytical environment.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, leveraging AI tools with an aptitude for learning new technologies, and data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of information and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, actionable insights at the executive level.
• Excellent organization and project management capabilities, including managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset, with a desire to continuously learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio and market analysis, including macroeconomic trends and capital allocation decisions.
• Support development and governance of the investment framework and performance monitoring tools.
• Track asset management initiatives and value creation plans across the portfolio.
• Perform periodic reviews and audits of portfolio management, reporting, and governance processes.
• Prepare and develop reporting and materials for executive discussions.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Gather competitive intelligence and develop benchmarking analyses for strategic decisions.
• Refine metrics and frameworks used to evaluate business performance and initiatives.
• Own recurring deliverables and ensure outputs are accurate and high quality.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting and operations.
