Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA/Technology preferred.
• 8 to 10+ years of leadership experience in technology with a focus on data/analytics and AI.
• Worked in HR, Finance or Real Estate/Public/Private Investments.
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to internal business units, understanding their strategy and challenges.
• Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate value to customers.
• Co-develop and execute customer-centric technology roadmaps for Data and AI solutions.
• Advocate for adoption of D&T programs and ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Build a scalable engagement model delivering value to stakeholders and internal customers.
