About the Role

We're seeking a proficient project manager to support the daily needs of our brand marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for keeping projects on track, on time, and within scope. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing, you will support the execution of initiatives across Merchant, Dasher, Partnership Marketing, and Performance projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage complex creative projects from start to finish. The position offers a flexible schedule with some remote work and in-office days, with quarterly in-person team offsites in Toronto. The internal job title will be Senior Associate, Brand Marketing once hired.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the creative production process for partnership marketing, performance marketing, Dasher, and Merchant initiatives, including project planning, internal briefing, communication, and ensuring timely and scope-compliant execution.
  2. Coordinate creative execution for merchant-facing initiatives, asset management, review processes, and approvals.
  3. Proofread, coordinate legal approvals, ensure design consistency with brand guidelines, and QA all assets.
  4. Traffic campaign assets and confirm their live status.
  5. Address issues impacting timelines or quality proactively with the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing.
  6. Act as the primary contact with creative agencies and project teams for execution.
  7. Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners for efficient project delivery.
  8. Establish effective communication processes and tools.
  9. Contribute to a positive, creative environment through streamlined processes.
  10. Manage project files and assets library.
  11. Flexibly handle other brand production initiatives like vendor onboarding and new tool rollouts.
  12. Apply continuous improvement learnings from past projects to current workstreams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the creative process.
  • Experienced in managing expectations, balancing priorities, and communicating effectively with creatives and agency partners.
  • 4+ years of creative project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of creative development and production across mediums such as OOH, digital, and social.
  • Experience with QA and trafficking assets to media agencies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage large workloads independently.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Fluent in Canadian French or have working knowledge of French (written/spoken).
