Senior Associate, Creative Production, Brand Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for a proficient project manager to support the day-to-day needs of our brand marketing initiatives. This role is essential for keeping our projects moving efficiently, on time, and within scope. As a project manager on the brand marketing team, you will report to the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing, and support the execution of initiatives including Merchant, Dasher, Partnership Marketing, and Performance projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage complex creative projects end-to-end. This position offers a flexible schedule with some remote work and in-office presence, including quarterly in-person team offsites in Toronto. The internal job title will be Senior Associate, Brand Marketing.

  • Manage the creative production process for partnership marketing, performance marketing, Dasher, and Merchant initiatives—building project timelines, managing briefing and communication, running cross-functional syncs, and ensuring timely, scope-compliant execution.
  • Oversee creative execution for merchant-facing initiatives, coordinating assets, managing reviews, consolidating feedback, and securing approvals.
  • Proofread, coordinate legal approvals, ensure design consistency with brand guidelines, and perform quality assurance across assets.
  • Traffick campaign assets and confirm their live deployment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or quality, with support from the Sr Manager.
  • Serve as the main client contact for creative agency partners and project teams.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish effective communication processes and tools to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to a positive, creative environment through effective processes.
  • Manage project files and asset libraries.
  • Flexibly support other brand production initiatives, such as vendor onboarding or new tool rollouts.
  • Apply continuous improvement learnings to current projects and conduct post-project reviews.

  • You are a self-starter capable of managing a large workload independently.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • You are proactive, problem-solving, and forward-thinking.
  • You have experience with project management tools.
  • You have working knowledge of French (written and spoken), or are fluent in Canadian French.
