About the Team

DoorDash's mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and communities.

About the Role

We’re seeking a proficient project manager to support the daily needs of our brand marketing initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring our projects move efficiently, on time, and within scope. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing, you will support the execution of initiatives including Merchant, Dasher, Partnership Marketing, and Performance projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage complex creative projects end-to-end. The position offers a flexible schedule with some remote work and in-office presence in Toronto at least once a quarter for team offsites. The internal job title for this role will be Senior Associate, Brand Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creative production process for partnership marketing, performance marketing, Dasher, and Merchant initiatives — including building project timelines, managing briefing and communication, running cross-functional syncs, and ensuring timely, scoped campaign execution.
  • Oversee creative execution for merchant-facing initiatives, coordinating assets, managing reviews, feedback, and approvals.
  • Proofread, coordinate legal approvals, ensure design consistency with brand guidelines, and QA all assets.
  • Traffick campaign assets and confirm campaigns go live.
  • Address issues impacting timelines or quality proactively, with support from the Sr Manager.
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact with creative agencies and project teams.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners for efficient execution.
  • Establish effective communication processes and tools.
  • Contribute to a positive, creative environment through effective processes.
  • Manage project files and assets library.
  • Handle ad hoc projects like vendor onboarding and new tool rollouts.
  • Apply continuous improvement learnings to current projects and conduct post-project reviews.
Ideal Candidate
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the creative process.
  • Experienced in managing expectations and balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 4+ years of creative project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of creative development and production across various mediums (OOH, digital, social).
  • Experience with QA and trafficking assets to media agencies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle large workloads with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver, forward-thinking.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Fluent in Canadian French or have working knowledge (written/spoken).
