About the Role

We’re seeking a proficient project manager to support the day-to-day needs of our brand marketing initiatives. This role ensures all projects move efficiently, on time, and within scope. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing, you will support the execution of initiatives across Merchant, Dasher, Partnership Marketing, and Performance projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage complex creative projects from start to finish. The role offers a flexible schedule with some remote work and in-office days, with in-person team offsites in Toronto at least quarterly. The internal job title will be Senior Associate, Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the creative production process for partnership, performance marketing, Dasher, and Merchant initiatives, including project planning, internal briefing, communication, and cross-functional syncs.
  • Coordinate creative execution for merchant-facing initiatives, asset management, reviews, feedback, and approvals.
  • Proofread, coordinate legal approvals, ensure design consistency with brand guidelines, and QA all assets.
  • Traffick campaign assets and confirm their deployment.
  • Address issues impacting timelines or quality proactively, with support from the Sr Manager.
  • Act as the main client contact with creative agencies and project teams for execution.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners for efficient project delivery.
  • Establish effective communication processes and tools.
  • Manage project files and assets library.
  • Handle ad hoc projects, such as vendor onboarding and new tool rollouts.
  • Apply continuous improvement learnings from past projects.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the creative process.
  • 4+ years of creative project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Understanding of creative development across various mediums, including digital, social, and OOH.
  • Experience with QA and trafficking assets to media agencies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle large workloads independently.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Fluent in Canadian French or working knowledge of French (written/spoken).
