Job Description: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate: $19.25 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
3. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
4. Manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Position Details: Works up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age: 18 years. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.

Qualifications: Prior retail and/or management experience required.
