Senior Architectural Technologist / Job Captain

How you'll make a difference :

• Coordinate and manage technical project delivery workplans to align with project schedules for various project sizes and types.
• Resolve complex design and technical challenges, providing expertise in detailed building design, including large or complex projects.
• Prepare contract drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents accurately from concept through execution.
• Lead and develop in-house expertise and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and quality standards.
• Build architectural BIM models from concept to construction phases.
• Coordinate technical aspects across disciplines and manage sub-consultants.
• Support contract administration during construction, working with clients, authorities, and contractors as needed.

Who you are :

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an architectural technologist, including at least 5 years as a Job Captain on large, complex projects.
• Strong Revit skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Diploma in Architectural Technology.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, construction systems, materials, and specifications.
• Experience overseeing technical production and contract administration of medium to large projects (>

100 million), with minimal supervision.

• Proven leadership in managing teams across multiple projects.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.

Nice to have :

• Licensed Technologist (OAA).
• LEED Credential.
