Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the architecture industry is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multi-unit residential design.

About Reinders + Associates:
We are a multi-disciplinary consulting firm. For over 55 years we’ve provided architectural and engineering services to our clients. We design public and private community buildings, churches, schools, commercial facilities, multi-unit residential, and more. We are well-known for our quality work and top-notch service. Most of our projects come from repeat clients and referrals. As a result of our success, we are looking to make a growth hire in our core architectural team. This position is onsite in the office, five days a week.

The Position:
As our newest member of the Architectural Team, you’ll be involved in the full-cycle design process. From initial design drawings, all the way through to implementation, your work will contribute directly to the success of projects.
This position offers exposure to an exciting range of architectural challenges, from mid-rise and high-rise residential developments to intriguing institutional/religious buildings. Additionally, you will have the chance to work on projects of varying scales, from small renovations to large complex multi-use developments.
Balancing a fine attention to detail and a collaborative spirit, your work will pave the way for our company’s success. Beyond your technical ability in design and drafting, you will need to be familiar with Ontario Building Codes and the development process including Site Plan Approvals, Zone Changes, and Building Permits.

What makes you the ideal candidate?
· 6+ years of experience as an Architect/Architectural Technologist/Intern Architect
