Role Responsibilities :

• Lead project development from proposal to construction, coordinating with staff and consultants.
• Develop and manage business proposals, design, and project documentation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with their vision and budget.
• Drive business development efforts, including pursuing new clients and opportunities.

Project Management :

• Participate in client presentations and proposal preparation.
• Oversee project phases, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Design & Technical Skills :

• Perform design tasks, develop construction documents, and oversee design continuity.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Support site coordination and resolve construction issues.
• Utilize Revit and other software for design documentation, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration with OAA.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in architecture.
