The position offers significant autonomy, competitive CAD-based compensation, and a clear pathway toward eventual Principal or Partner, with strong emphasis on business development and client relations.

Qualifications

• AAA Registered Architect with eligibility for AIBC registration.
• 10+ years of post-graduate architectural experience across multiple sectors.
• Strong design aesthetic and leadership with experience mentoring teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Kamloops, BC and establish a long-term presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a diverse range of projects from concept through construction.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to the Kamloops team.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources and project deliverables.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on office strategy and growth.
