Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze issues, plan improvements, and help ensure fixes are included in future releases, with on-site support when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with fixed industrial scanning and/or machine vision solutions.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as experienced technical resource and escalation point for internal/external teams.
• Address performance challenges of products/solutions in application scenarios.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product management to communicate resolutions.
