Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years of software engineering experience in a customer-facing or support role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Android system-level issues including NFC/RFID stack and Secure Elements.
• Develop AI-driven tools to automate diagnostics and workflows.
• Collaborate with hardware/firmware teams and product management to resolve customer issues.
• Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
• Mentor other support engineers and share data-capture expertise.
