Job summary

MNP Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics to lead the BI/Analytics practice and build modern cloud data platforms supporting BI, AI, and data science across Azure, Snowflake, GCP, and AWS. You will mentor teams, drive engagements, and shape data strategies for on-prem and cloud environments.

At MNP Digital, you will collaborate with leaders to develop skills, deliver end-to-end data solutions, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university.
• 15+ years (preferred) and/or process-specific experience in data & analytics, including strategy and transformation.
• Ability to communicate effectively at manager and executive levels across IT, analytics, finance, operations.
• Experience with Master Data Management, Enterprise Data Catalog, and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Experience architecting cloud data solutions and leading teams.
• Experience with project budgeting and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud data architecture and data integration patterns with Azure and other clouds.
• Lead engagements to design and develop data solutions for mixed workloads.
• Architect data implementation patterns using native cloud capabilities.
• Lead teams in data migration, integration, and warehouse planning.
• Translate complex business issues into structured analytics use cases.
• Contribute to engagements by assessing risks and collaborating as a team.
• Support business development through client interactions and proposals.
• Lead and mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support consulting sales through meetings to understand needs and develop statements of work.
