Faire is seeking a technical leader in analytics and data engineering to partner with Data Scientists, Product Analysts, and Software Engineers. You will design and build data capabilities that inform product roadmaps and drive insights for SMBs, leveraging AI to improve data pipelines and analytics workflows.

You will lead scalable data models and pipelines, emphasize data quality and observability, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact data solutions that scale with Faire's

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics and data engineering experience.
• Experience with data modeling and large-scale processing.
• Production-level Python development.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with Airflow, Docker, DBT or similar tools.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team projects from design through implementation.
• Build scalable data models and pipelines for architecture.
