Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Delivery Lead with 10-15 years of experience to manage multiple value streams across Retail/CPG. You will drive initiatives from strategy to execution, partnering with business leaders and analytics teams to realize measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on analytics skills (SQL, Python, BI tools) and a business-first mindset, capable of structuring ambiguous problems, prioritizing interventions, and communicating insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in business analytics or related fields.
• Significant experience in Retail/CPG industry.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail/CPG leaders to understand objectives, drivers and key decisions.
• Lead multiple value streams from delivery through value realization.
• Translate ambiguous problems into hypotheses and decision frameworks.
• Perform analyses to identify trends, gaps, and bottlenecks and translate into actions.
• Support executive decisions with data-driven insights and performance metrics.
• Prioritize high-impact interventions across Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Forecasting.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and tech to build DSS and data products.
• Leverage GenAI and low-code/no-code tools to prototype solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and AI specialists.
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders and drive alignment on outcomes.
• Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
