Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, or related decision‑oriented roles.
• Significant Retail/CPG industry experience and a business‑oriented mindset.
• Strong consulting, problem‑solving, and executive communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, BI/visualization tools, and Python; interest in GenAI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail/CPG leaders to understand objectives and key decisions beyond documented requirements.
• Lead multiple value streams end‑to‑end and drive delivery and measurable value realization.
• Frame ambiguous problems into hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
• Perform hands‑on analysis to identify trends, gaps, and bottlenecks and translate into recommendations.
• Provide executive decision support through data‑driven analysis, planning, and insights.
• Prioritize high‑impact interventions across Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Forecasting.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and tech teams to build DSS and data products.
• Leverage GenAI and low‑code tools to prototype solutions and accelerate decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and domain experts.
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders and align on business outcomes.
