Job summary

Bounteous, a global AI Services firm, seeks a Lead Analytics Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams. Lead analytics strategy for Adobe Analytics and Analytics Customer Journey Analytics, turning data into actionable insights and stories.

You will design implementations, run workshops, audit setups, and deliver dashboards that executives can act on. Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential to translate needs into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
• 5+ years of working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Solid grasp of the analytics implementation process, reporting, and analysis.
• Adobe Analytics certification and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics implementations for Adobe Analytics and CJA in partnership with clients, analytics engineers and developers.
• Conduct measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements to inform analytics strategy.
• Audit existing analytics implementations.
• Produce and maintain analytics documentation (BRDs, SDRs, TDDs).
• Configure report suites and multi-channel implementations in Adobe Analytics and CJA.
• Build dashboards and reporting that tell a clear story for executives and marketing leaders.
