Ready to be a Titan?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Analyst to join our People Technology team on a fixed-term basis (12 months). This role will primarily support Talent Management and Talent Acquisition systems and processes, with the potential to provide backup support across other People functions. You’ll play a key role in analyzing our processes, providing ongoing support, and delivering user-centered solutions that enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with the Talent Management team to support their programs from a systems and technology perspective
  • Implement new features and services that enable scalable, user-friendly experiences
  • Maintain and enhance existing processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through technology
  • Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues efficiently while considering root causes and downstream impacts
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for cross-functional partners, including Talent Acquisition, HR, Business Technology, and Engineering
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to strategic planning by balancing immediate needs with long-term system scalability and impact

What you'll bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A holistic thinker who can assess both details and broader system impacts
  • Proven experience working in or supporting People/HR technologies
  • Proficient in Google Workspace with advanced skills in spreadsheet-based data analysis and Google Apps Script
  • Experience with Workday and Lattice configuration is highly preferred, and familiarity with low-code automation tools like Workato is a plus

Be Human With Us:

So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway. We need amazing people like you to help us challenge the conventional and think differently about the problems that we’re solving. We’re in this together. Come be human, with us.

What We Offer

When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job. You’re making a career move. Here’s how we’ll support you in doing some of the most impactful work of your career:

  • Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career. We offer a comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events. Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
  • Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents, RSP match, and an employee assistance program.
  • Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk, financial planning tools, and more.
