Job summary

Brookfield Energy in Toronto, ON or Gatineau, QC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Development. Reporting to the VP, Global Development, you will support development-focused due diligence for investments and help strengthen the project pipeline and execution capabilities.

You will coordinate inputs, assess pipeline quality and risks, and contribute to reporting and strategic initiatives across Brookfield’s global portfolio.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, at least 1 year in energy or project development.
• Ability to develop and implement processes and reports.
• Understanding of risks and mitigations to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence for investments in development-focused deals.
• Assess pipeline quality, project maturity, schedule realism and costs.
• Coordinate inputs, synthesize findings, and communicate key issues and value opportunities.
• Develop reporting for the global development pipeline and improve tooling.
