Job summary

Brookfield Renewable seeks a highly organized Coordinator to support our Global Development Team in Gatineau, Canada. The role focuses on cross-functional coordination, due diligence, and high-impact project management tasks to enable senior leadership decisions.

You will prepare materials, manage budgets and contracts workflows, coordinate procurement onboarding, and create clear visuals with PowerPoint while ensuring timelines and quality standards across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across GDT and ensure timely execution.
• Create, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
• Support due diligence processes and procurement onboarding workflows.
• Assist in managing portfolio contract workflows and post-PPA deliverables.
