Job summary

Procurify is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead driver-based models, perform in-depth financial analyses, and champion AI-powered workflows across finance. You will partner with RevOps and Finance to ensure data integrity and build automated reports for key SaaS metrics.

You will collaborate across teams to drive planning improvements while translating insights into strategic recommendations, in a remote-first Canada-wide environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, Finance or data-focused experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile, reflecting new role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions (headcount, ARR growth, pipeline).
• Perform in-depth financial analyses on current and future performance (budgets, monthly/quarterly/annual analyses).
• Champion AI and LLM-powered workflows, define best practices and enable knowledge sharing.
• Drive AI tool adoption for data analysis, insight generation, and narrative commentary.
• Research historical, current and projected financial data for planning, forecasting and decision making.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop/maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track SaaS metrics with actionable insights.
• Improve planning processes, reporting cadence, and tooling.
• Build cross-organizational relationships to align assumptions and storytelling with data.
• Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned.

ABOUT THE ROLE

What you’ll be working on:

• Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions (headcount, ARR growth, pipeline)

• Perform meaningful and in-depth financial analyses on current and future financial performance, which includes but is not limited to budget variance analysis, standard monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis.

• Champion the adoption of AI and LLM-powered workflows across the team by defining best practices, identifying high-impact use cases, and enabling knowledge sharing.

• Drive effective application of AI tools for data analysis, insight generation, and narrative commentary to improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and streamline day-to-day operations.

• Research and analyze historical, current and projected financial data for use in planning, forecasting and management decision making

• Partner with broader Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

• Develop/maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track key SaaS metrics, providing commentary and actionable insights to support decision making

• Drive improvements in planning processes, reporting cadence, and tooling

• Build relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on assumptions, definitions and support storytelling through data

• Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
  

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance or other data focused roles

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Must maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presence.

• Base Salary Range: $72,000-$90,000 (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
