Department Overview

The TD Bank Group Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Department is responsible for Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF) regulatory compliance and prudential risk management across the TD footprint. We act as proactive and trusted advisors to TD Business Lines, supporting a consistent, adaptable, and effective culture across the organization, ensuring risks are appropriately identified and mitigated. We oversee the design, content, and enterprise-wide implementation of TD’s AML Program, ensuring understanding and compliance with sanctions and ABAC regulations. Job Description

The FCRM Enterprise Testing Team, part of the second line of defense, conducts design and operating effectiveness testing of AML/ATF, Sanctions, and ABAC controls enterprise-wide. The FCRM Enterprise Testing Quality Assurance (QA) Team measures the quality of the testing process execution, ensuring adherence to departmental procedures and standards. The Senior Analyst, FCRM Testing QA is responsible for conducting QA reviews to verify the effectiveness and consistency of AML, Sanctions, and ABAC testing programs, often leading end-to-end QA engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA reviews of FCRM Enterprise Testing engagements independently, following formal procedures
• Develop documentation and report results according to requirements
• Apply knowledge of financial crimes obligations and controls to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Work independently as a subject matter expert, potentially coaching others
• Handle complex or non-standard requests
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives, including cross-functional processes
• Perform detailed analysis and reporting
• Typically report to a Manager

Education & Experience

• University degree or college diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience in internal audit, QA/QC, ORM, risk oversight within financial services
• Deep knowledge of AML/ATF regulations, financial crime typologies, and testing frameworks
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
