Job Description

The FCRM Enterprise Testing Team within TD Bank Group's Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Department conducts design and operating effectiveness testing of AML/ATF, Sanctions, and ABAC controls across the organization. The Quality Assurance (QA) Team is responsible for executing QA programs to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of AML, Sanctions, and ABAC testing processes. The Analyst, FCRM Testing QA will perform quality reviews on testing activities, focusing on risk-based sampling and monthly assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute QA reviews according to established standards and timelines.
• Perform end-to-end testing tasks with some complexity.
• Conduct analytical research and identify issues requiring escalation.
• Follow up on findings and support continuous improvement.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Manage ambiguity, troubleshoot, and apply judgment to resolve issues.
• Maintain professional knowledge of AML/ATF regulations and testing standards.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a challenge function within financial services (e.g., Internal Audit, QA/QC, Risk Oversight).
• Knowledge of AML/ATF regulations and trends.
• Effective communication skills in both oral and written English.
