Role: Senior Analyst, Acquisition & Integrations Operations

Responsibilities include:

  1. Business Operations and Project Management
  • Act as the primary contact and owner of the integration process within the Business Operations, Acquisition & Integrations (“A&I”) team for national transactions.
  • Lead and coordinate stakeholders involved in the integration process, collaborating with all teams for effective planning, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute project plans, establish priorities, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Interpret due diligence findings to incorporate into planning and onboarding, managing business risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and professional standards.
  • Facilitate post-integration follow-ups, provide updates, and address feedback.
  • Identify operational efficiency opportunities and facilitate their implementation.
  • Mentor team members for professional growth.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
  • Data Governance and Management
    • Manage incoming client data, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
    • Follow up on data import issues, resolve duplicates, and verify accuracy.
    • Assist in transferring vendor accounts and managing lease reassignments.
  • Financial & Data Analytics
    • Analyze legal agreements and assess business risks.
    • Manage purchase payments, review WIP transfers, and reconcile invoices.
    • Work with financial models to evaluate scenarios and risks.
    • Perform other related duties as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Project Management, or relevant fields
    • CPA designation is an asset
    • Knowledge of CPA Professional Services and firm operations is an asset
    • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
    • Exceptional organizational and data synthesis skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to build relationships and influence across roles
    • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
