Opportunity: Senior Quantitative Analyst/Developer

Main Responsibilities
- Identify and categorize chart patterns across different timeframes (e.g., flags, bisections, head and shoulders, cups with handles).
- Perform visual and algorithmic analyses of historical charts to extract repeatable alpha signals.
- Integrate technical signals into machine learning pipelines and systematic strategies.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts, developers, and researchers to improve pattern recognition frameworks.
- Develop and test trading logics based on chart structures and momentum dynamics.
Job Requirements
- Over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in technical analysis, including mastery of classical chart patterns.
- Experience with charting platforms (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader, Bloomberg, ThinkorSwim).
- Programming experience, ideally in Python, for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Knowledge of time series, financial indicators, and strategy testing.
- Comfort with noisy data, false signals, and validating competitive advantages.
- Experience with machine learning models (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, LSTM).
- Familiarity with backtesting frameworks such as Backtrader, Zipline, or equivalents.
- Understanding of market microstructure, order flow, and volume analysis.
- Experience with alternative data or signals derived from satellite imagery.
- Previous experience in hedge funds, proprietary trading desks, or algorithmic trading environments.
